Amazon is a fast growing business in need of a Senior Executive Recruiter to help the business scale by recruiting top leaders for executive level positions across WW Amazon Stores (WWAS). Responsibilities
Fully responsible for owning and executing executive level (Director and Vice President) searches.
Qualified candidates will be well-versed in all aspects of an executive search including creative candidate sourcing, candidate generation and development, client management, and offer
egotiation.
Conducting research to map target companies and top talent for Amazon.
Creating unique and robust search strategies to identify and attract the best and brightest.
Developing innovative ways to raise the bar on how Amazon recruits talent.
Calibrating candidates with hiring managers and senior leaders.
Developing prospects into candidates through engagement and assessment.
Continually contributing to the knowledge base of executive recruiting, and Amazon, by providing education on relevant industries and talent pools.
Building out talent networks and tapping knowledgeable industry sources to develop an on‑going pool of candidates.
Leading client update meetings on active searches.
Conducting on‑site interviews, participating in debriefs, performing 360 reference checks, and presenting employment offers on behalf of Amazon.
Providing strategic guidance and advice in a true partnership with executive leadership.

Develop search strategies, conduct research, perform thorough assessments, and present qualified candidates for executive searches.
Learn about Amazon’s overall needs across functional areas and develop strategies for individual and team success in the identification and attraction of senior‑level talent.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of advising and influencing executive leadership experience.
7+ years of progressive corporate or search firm recruiting work with a focus on passive engineering candidate generation in a high‑tech market.
7+ years of recruiting with focus on engineering, technical operations, and product management experience.
Bachelor’s degree or above (or equivalent).
Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives and pipelines.
Experience creating, measuring and scaling workflow among candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team.
Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of performing team building, coaching and managing experience.
Experience recruiting passive candidates who are the most senior experts in their field.
Experience with executive recruiting in either a blue‑chip, global in‑house executive search team, or a top executive search firm.
Experience working with recruiting and people‑related tools, CRM systems, and complex spreadsheets.

Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
