Key Responsibilities
Own executive searches, partnering with senior leaders to define roles and land exceptional leaders Identify and attract C-suite and senior leadership talent through research and personal networks Run searches end-to-end, including market mapping, outreach, interviews, and negotiations
Required Qualifications
15+ years of recruiting experience focused on executive search and senior leadership hiring Experience in retained executive search, in-house executive recruiting, or both Proven success placing C-suite and senior executives within healthcare or regulated industries Strong network of healthcare and technology C-suite leaders Ability to partner directly with executive leadership teams on senior hiring decisions
