Schedule Full-time 40-hours per week.
Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm (Fridays reserved for overtime)

The Cabinetry and Woodshop Lead will have proven leadership, supervision, or management experience in a manufacturing or woodwork setting. Salary $16 and up based on experience

Tasks & Requirements
Lead a team of cabinet assemblers.
Coordinate woodshop priorities with Production and Scheduling Managers.
Setup, program, and run wood CNC machine safely and efficiently.
Reading Blueprints or Drawings and work instructions - Understand technical plans or instructions to determine materials, tools, and assembly steps.
Cutting and Preparing Materials - May involve working with pre-cut parts or trimming wood, MDF, or laminate to size using saws or routers.
Assembling Components
Communicating needs to Production and Quality Leaders and Manufacturing Engineering including needed work instructions.
Finishing Work - Sanding, sealing, or painting surfaces; attaching hardware like handles, hinges, and drawer slides.
Quality Control - Ensuring final products meet standards—checking for alignment, durability, and finish quality.
Using hand tools (screwdrivers, hammers, clamps, and others to cut, strip, and crimp wires and connectors in place).
Power tools (drills, pneumatic nailers, sanders, grinders, routers).
Fasteners (screws, nails, wood glue).
Attention to detail.
Dependability (arrive on time and perform your work).
Cooperation and collaboration with coworkers and supervisor.
Desire to learn your job and other tasks to improve your productivity and skill.
Clean and maintain an orderly work area.
Occasionally lift and move items weighing about 30-50 pounds but occasionally using lifts for items weighing up to 80+ pounds.
Be detail-oriented in following directions to avoid errors, making improvements to your own work, and accepting feedback and coaching.
Preferred Requirements
High school graduation or equivalent.
2+ years supervisor experience in cabinetry, woodshop, or furniture manufacturing.
3+ years experience in cabinetry, woodshop, or furniture manufacturing.
Work Environment
Indoors, and a clean environment!
Wear personal protective equipment (PPE)—safety shoes, glasses, gloves, and hearing protection.
Warehouse and woodshop environment:
Medium to loud noise levels.
Occasionally around or near moving parts or machinery.
