Position Summary This position is responsible for the sale of business services, managing applicable sales pipeline and closing opportunities. The Business Development Executive is responsible for engaging current and potential customers, preparing proposals and guiding clients through the sales process to contract closure.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Act as a point of contact for customers throughout the sales cycle.

Assists with contract negotiations, closing the sale and developing marketing plans for contract accounts.

Identifies prospects and gathering information about customer needs.

Presents services clearly and confidently.

Develop and prepares proposals.

Negotiates pricing and terms in line with company guidelines and approvals.

Maintains accurate records in CRM systems and tracks pipeline activity.

Monitor competitive activity to position our services effectively and respond with tailored value propositions.

Build and manage detailed territory and key account plans with milestones that align to quarterly and annual goals.

Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products.

Represent company at regional events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Experience and Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

3+ years of B2B sales experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services.

Experience collaborating across teams to improve client outcomes.

Proficiency in Salesforce.com, pricing strategy, and sales reporting tools.

Pay Range: $85k-110k /yr, depending on experience.

Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
