Location Based in our brand-new Beverly Hills-area office, this role will be fully in-office. We believe that being together in person fosters the strongest collaboration, creativity, and culture. This role may also require flexibility to travel as needed in support of partnerships, programming, and brand initiatives.
About the Role Quite Remarkable (QR) is seeking a Brand & Communications Manager to work closely with the CMO in shaping and executing the brand across all touchpoints. This is a highly collaborative, hands‑on role at the center of marketing, communications, and content—ideal for someone who can think strategically while operating with precision.
You will play a key role in building QR’s voice, presence, and momentum—across social, editorial, partnerships, and thought leadership—while helping ensure alignment and execution across initiatives.
What You’ll Do Marketing & Communications
Partner closely with the CMO to execute marketing and communications initiatives across channels
Support the development and rollout of campaigns, announcements, events and brand moments
Help manage cross-functional marketing priorities, timelines, and deliverables
Assist with external communications, including press, partnerships, and speaking opportunities
Content & Editorial
Own and manage QR’s social media presence and publishing calendar
Create and curate content aligned with the brand’s voice and visual identity
Contribute to editorial storytelling across social, blog, and brand channels
Support the development of a distinct and consistent brand voice
Project Management
Act as a central coordinator across creative, marketing, and external partners
Track deliverables, timelines, and priorities across initiatives
Ensure alignment between executive leadership and stakeholders
Drive execution with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Brand Presence & Thought Leadership
Support the development of the brand voice across all platforms
Assist in managing speaking opportunities and visibility efforts
Contribute to partnerships, awards, and brand storytelling initiatives
AI‑First Approach
You don’t just talk about AI; you use it. You’ll be AI‑native—not “AI‑aware.” You’ll design, own, and evolve agentic workflows that dramatically expand your leverage.
You have a proven track record of using generative AI for creative production and machine learning for audience segmentation
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand roles
Strong writing, storytelling, and editorial instincts
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
Ability to operate both strategically and tactically
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
A refined understanding of brand, culture, travel, and lifestyle
Comfort working in a fast‑paced, early‑stage environment

Compensation $90,000 – $120,000
In this position, you will be eligible to participate in the Company Bonus Incentive Plan—an initiative that rewards our profitability, overall success, and your individual contributions.
Compensation will be determined by factors including knowledge and skills, role‑specific qualifications, market location, and experience.
