Location: Based in our brand-new Beverly Hills‑area office, this role will be fully in‑office. We believe that being together in person fosters the strongest collaboration, creativity, and culture. This role may also require flexibility to travel as needed in support of partnerships, programming, and brand initiatives.
About the Role Quite Remarkable (QR) is looking for a Hotel & Resorts Partnership Director to build and expand our ecosystem of partners across hotels, brands, and experiences. This role will play a key role in driving growth and unlocking new revenue opportunities.
What You’ll Do
Identify, pursue, and secure strategic partnerships
Build relationships with luxury brands, hotels, and collaborators
Structure partnership agreements and negotiate terms
Develop partnership‑driven growth and revenue strategies
Collaborate with marketing and programming teams
Maintain and grow long‑term partner relationships
AI‑First Approach
You don’t just talk about AI; you use it. You’ll be AI‑native—not “AI‑aware.” You’ll design, own, and evolve agentic workflows that dramatically expand your leverage.
You have a proven track record of using generative AI for creative production and machine learning for audience segmentation
What You Bring
8+ years in partnerships, business development, or related roles
Strong network within luxury, hospitality, and/or lifestyle sectors
Experience in structuring deals and partnerships
Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
Ability to operate independently in a fast‑paced environment

Salary Range $110,000 – $130,000
In this position, you will be eligible to participate in the Company Bonus Incentive Plan—an initiative that rewards our profitability, overall success, and your individual contributions. Compensation will be determined by factors including knowledge and skills, role‑specific qualifications, market location, and experience.
