We are looking for a highly skilled IT Marketing Manager to join our game development outsourcing team. This role is not about maintaining existing processes— we need someone who is ready to experiment, propose ideas, test hypotheses, and help shape our marketing direction. Generate and test marketing ideas and hypotheses for lead generation and brand positioning Research the game development and outsourcing market, competitors, and trends Work closely with delivery, sales, and management teams Participate in defining marketing strategy and go-to-market approaches Help improve company presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, industry portals, and events Support outbound and inbound marketing activities (content, campaigns, outreach) Analyze results and iterate quickly based on data and feedback Must-have Experience & Skills
Experience in marketing Good understanding of the game development and outsourcing market High level of proactivity: ability to initiate ideas, not just execute tasks Strong market awareness and “visual taste” Ability to think outside the box and challenge standard approaches Comfortable working with uncertainty and experimentation Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Experience with LinkedIn marketing or B2B outreach Understanding of sales funnels and lead generation in outsourcing Nice to Have
Experience working with small growing teams Basic analytics and performance tracking skills What We Offer
