A company is looking for a Project Director, PMO Implementation to lead the establishment of a new Program Management Office for a corporate spin-off. Key Responsibilities

Establish and scale the PMO by implementing and adapting established frameworks and best practices Develop and document standardized PMO processes, methodologies, and tools for efficiency and alignment with client needs Oversee financial management processes, including procurement and invoicing, while optimizing workflows for compliance and efficiency

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university Minimum of eight years of experience in project, program, or PMO management At least four years of leadership experience with team development Proven experience in establishing or scaling a PMO and managing financial processes PMP or PgMP certification is highly preferred
