Key Responsibilities
Design, launch, and scale an Enterprise PMO function, including team development Develop and implement standardized project intake processes and governance frameworks Own end-to-end program management for high-priority cross-functional initiatives
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in project, program, or portfolio management 3+ years in a leadership role with team development experience Proven track record of building or scaling a PMO Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred
