Key Responsibilities
Support and lead end-to-end M&A execution, including target screening, financial modeling, and transaction execution Coordinate cross-functional diligence teams and assist in integration planning Support enterprise and business unit strategy projects, including market analysis and strategic planning
Required Qualifications
5-10 years of experience in corporate development, management consulting, investment banking, or strategy roles Experience in driving or supporting M&A processes Strong analytical and financial modeling skills Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with modern AI tools and workflows, or willingness to learn
