Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end deal execution for strategic acquisitions, including sourcing, diligence, negotiation, and closing Provide M&A perspective on strategic questions and contribute to market analyses for acquisition pipeline development Advise on complex partnership structures and evaluate acquire-vs-partner trade-offs on strategic opportunities
Required Qualifications
10-12+ years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate development in high-growth tech/media companies Proven track record of leading or co-leading 5+ M&A transactions, including at least 2 deals over $50M Full-stack M&A expertise, including sourcing, valuation, diligence, negotiation, and integration Mastery of financial modeling techniques such as DCF, LBO, and returns evaluation Understanding of gaming or digital media business models, unit economics, and value drivers
