Key Responsibilities
Lead M&A and strategic investment opportunities across the full transaction lifecycle, including valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and closing Develop detailed financial models and valuation analyses to assess potential transactions and maintain an active pipeline of M&A opportunities Conduct strategic analysis and market research to support long-term growth opportunities and investment decisions
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or strategy Demonstrated experience executing complex M&A transactions Strong financial modeling and valuation skills Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
