Senior Marketing Analytics Consultant

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Marketing Analytics Consultant to develop insights and analytics that measure CSBB marketing and diverse segment initiatives. This individual will leverage data to drive go forward decisions and improve marketing return on investment (MROI). This position will sit in Charlotte, NC, or West Des Moines, IA. In this role, you will: Develop financial analyses and reporting capabilities that measure the impact of marketing and diverse segment initiatives. Develop, model, and analyze customer analytics to ensure Wells Fargo is providing the right product and services to all customer segments. Partner with the marketing science and marketing program teams to support development of test designs, proformas, business cases and relevant sales funnel analysis. Develop processes and tools in support of enhancing incremental marketing measurement metrics like present value (PV) and marketing return on investment (MROI). Track marketing campaign performance including conducting pre and post marketing campaign analysis. Conduct objective analysis of data, measure against established business goals. Establish benchmarks, measure performance, and provide recommendations that improve return on investment (ROI). Develop reporting and presentations, highlighting capabilities, performance, and learnings. Required Qualifications, US: 4+ years of Risk Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Enjoy working in a fast paced, high-output, time sensitive environment.
