A company is looking for a Business Development Representative, Health Systems (SaaS). Key Responsibilities

Research target health systems and hospital organizations to understand their operational structure and key decision-makers Identify and engage prospective buyers through outbound outreach including phone, email, and LinkedIn Develop personalized outreach strategies and communicate the value of the company's solutions to generate qualified demo opportunities

Required Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in a Business Development Representative or similar outbound sales role Experience conducting outbound prospecting through cold calling, email, and social outreach Ability to research target accounts and identify appropriate decision-makers within complex organizations Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to contribute to pipeline growth
