Culture Governance & Operations
The Culture Governance & Operations role is responsible for the governance and execution of all operations within the Culture Team in support of the organization's culture strategy. This role establishes and maintains culture-focused policies, procedures, and governance frameworks that embed cultural principles into talent management and business operations. It serves as a trusted strategic consultant and central point of contact for HR and business leaders, providing executive-level insights, frameworks, and tools that drive cultural transformation and ensure alignment between cultural objectives and organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Establish and maintain culture-focused policies, procedures, and business routines that embed cultural principles into talent management and operations.
Develop executive presentations that inform strategic decision-making and drive cultural transformation initiatives.
Serve as the central point of contact for leaders on culture-related business management tasks, ensuring alignment between cultural objectives and organizational performance.
Provide strategic consulting and enablement to equip stakeholders with frameworks and tools for integrating culture principles into their work.
Drive high-level culture governance projects while maintaining operational infrastructure for sustainable cultural impact.
Serve as a key member of Culture Standards & Oversight and a first line CSO reviewer for “culture” marketing and communications material submitted through AdMaster.
Serve as consultative partner to HR and business leaders, equipping them with the right knowledge and tools to integrate culture into core talent and business procedures.
Manage Culture cadences including team meetings, weekly Talent, Learning & Culture (TL&C) updates, monthly People Team accomplishments and the team’s deliverables for stakeholders, executives, and the Board.
Liaise with TL&C and PT Chief of Staff to support alignment of processes within the Culture team.
Educational Requirements
