A company is looking for a Director, IT Governance to enhance the IT governance framework and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage the IT governance framework and strategy Establish and enforce IT policies, standards, and procedures for compliance Collaborate with leaders to align IT governance initiatives with business outcomes
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in IT governance, risk management, compliance, or audit 8+ years of enterprise stakeholder management experience Extensive knowledge of IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL) Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field Advanced technical background to assess technology risks
