IT SOX Compliance Director

A company is looking for an IT Control Assurance Director to lead IT SOX compliance and controls assurance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute IT projects compliance assessments and controls testing Develop IT SOX readiness scoping exercises and advise on IT control issues Collaborate with internal audit teams and manage relationships with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting/Finance, Risk, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred 10+ years of experience in IT audit, IT risk management, and SOX compliance Thorough understanding of SOX 404, COSO, COBIT, and IT control frameworks Extensive experience with ERP systems and interfacing with external auditors Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CPA, or PMP are a plus
