Your Role as Maintenance Director
Oversee and perform maintenance of resident rooms, common areas, grounds, and mechanical systems
Conduct repairs in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and respond to emergency maintenance needs
Maintain clean and functional facilities to promote quality of life for our residents
Complete administrative maintenance documentation and communicate with facility leadership
Lead and support a maintenance team (if applicable), setting a strong example in work ethic and accountability
Who We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED required
2+ years of maintenance experience preferred (long-term care or healthcare setting is a plus)
Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
Ability to lift, bend, climb, and carry out physically demanding tasks
Organized, dependable, and team-oriented professional
