Role Description
Assist with the creation, upkeep, and review of all strategy related marketing materials
Develop a deep understanding of Seismic (marketing data automation tool) and contribute to the management of the software system
Manage the upkeep of external investment databases (e.g., eVestment), including the submission of monthly and quarterly performance data and portfolio attribution across the firm’s long only and alternative strategies
Support ongoing client service and prospect materials requests
Assist with website management, email campaign creation, monthly/quarterly commentaries, and email analytics reviews
Assist with the completion of company and strategy specific RFPs/RFIs and DDQ documents
Contribute to ad hoc projects across both the marketing and business development teams
Develop a deep understanding of ArrowMark’s alternative and traditional strategies and the clients/channel segments we service
Contribute to strategy related initiatives and new content creation
Maintain flexibility and adaptability within a dynamic environment
Experience, Qualifications and Skills
1 to 3 years of relevant experience in financial services or wealth management, preferred
Strong interest across credit and equity markets
Self-starter with strong planning, organizational, implementation, and follow-up skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks at once in a changing, demanding environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Experience using data automation tools or SQL a plus
Effective team player who is comfortable working collaboratively and independently
High energy and passionate, with a results-driven attitude
Estimated Base Compensation [USD] Base Compensation for this role is $60,000 — $80,000.
Actual pay will be based on the skills and experience of each candidate. Employees are also eligible to receive significant performance-based incentive compensation through the firm’s annual discretionary bonus.
Annual Bonus Opportunity Position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award. Individual bonuses are determined based on individual, team, and Company performance.
