A company is looking for a Manager of Account Management to lead the newly established Account Management function.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of 4-6 Account Managers, setting expectations and fostering a productive environment Design and implement the operating model for Account Management, including frameworks and playbooks for renewals and expansions Drive strategic account outcomes by maintaining involvement in high-stakes renewals and guiding team members on deal strategies
Required Qualifications
7-10+ years of experience in account management or customer success in B2B SaaS, with at least 2-3 years in a management role Proven track record of building or scaling an Account Management or Customer Success function Demonstrated history of meeting team-level retention and expansion targets Strong commercial instincts and experience engaging with senior marketing and data science stakeholders Ability to partner effectively with technical and strategic teams, translating technical value into commercial outcomes
