Key Responsibilities
Manage the HubSpot CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and implementing segmentation strategies for marketing Oversee structural changes to the HubSpot instance in collaboration with cross-functional teams while ensuring compliance with data security standards Develop and maintain reporting and analytics to provide insights into database health and marketing effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Strong understanding of HubSpot's capabilities and experience in managing custom objects Proven ability to implement marketing automation workflows and data integrations Experience in database management, including data hygiene and deduplication Ability to analyze data and generate actionable recommendations for business growth Experience in training team members on HubSpot CRM usage and best practices
