Key Responsibilities
Build, launch, and maintain email campaigns, nurture programs, workflows, and sequences for financial advisors Own contact lifecycle stages, lead status, and deal properties for advisor marketing funnels and reporting Drive data hygiene across marketing properties and manage HubSpot Content Hub for efficient content deployment
Required Qualifications
4-6+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub, including complex workflows and reporting Deep understanding of contact lifecycle stages, lead status, and deal stages Experience with HubSpot Content Hub supporting multiple stakeholders Strong instincts for data hygiene and quality assurance Ability to work East Coast hours
