Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a portfolio of ultra-high-net-worth individuals for principal gift fundraising Develop and execute tailored engagement strategies for qualified prospects Collaborate with various teams to identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 7 years of related experience Experience in building a principal gift-level donor pipeline from scratch Experience in closing gifts of $1,000,000 or more Experience managing multiple prospects simultaneously Experience in fundraising principles and practices
