A company is looking for a Customs Trade Compliance Expert.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and act as the primary contact for customs clearance File entries through the Automated Broker Interface (ABI) and supervise classification processes for compliant imports/exports Conduct compliance audits and coordinate shipment releases with customs and other stakeholders
Required Qualifications
U.S. Customs Broker License or CCS/CES certification with experience in Duty Drawback program setup Minimum 5+ years of experience in trade compliance, focusing on duty drawback Solid knowledge of Import/Export Regulations and Product Classification Proven expertise in U.S. import/export procedures and regulatory environments Strong working knowledge of ACE, ABI systems, and classification tools
