Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of automation solutions for network provisioning and service integration Establish coding standards and oversee the development of Infrastructure as Code pipelines Direct and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of professional software engineering
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Network Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field Minimum of eight years' experience in software development, DevOps, or network automation At least three years' experience in an engineering management or director-level role Expert-level understanding of Linux systems, Kubernetes, Helm, Kafka, and the Python ecosystem Experience with Django/FastAPI and API design (REST/gRPC) is preferred
