Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders, translating business strategy into actionable people priorities Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and change management efforts to improve clarity, efficiency, and performance Guide leaders through performance management, employee relations, succession planning, and career development conversations
Required Qualifications
8+ years of HR Business Partner or equivalent leadership experience, ideally in high-growth tech or fintech environments Demonstrated experience advising senior leaders and influencing business decisions Expertise in organizational design, performance management, talent development, and employee relations Strong business acumen and ability to connect people strategy to operational outcomes Proven ability to use data and analytics to drive insights and recommendations
