Key Responsibilities
Lead enterprise program governance across technology and operational transformation initiatives Architect analytics-driven reporting platforms supporting executive and Board-level decision-making Modernize legacy systems and integrate newly acquired business units into unified operating models
Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience in enterprise systems, program management, or operational transformation Experience leading enterprise analytics or business intelligence initiatives Strong technical foundation in data architecture, automation, and reporting platforms Experience operating in highly regulated or complex organizational environments Engineering or technical background strongly preferred
