A company is looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full implementation lifecycle for assigned customers, including requirements discovery, solution configuration, and customer training Manage project timelines and tasks using Cloud Coach, ensuring successful User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-implementation support Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and identifying opportunities for cross-selling solutions
Required Qualifications
Substantial experience in implementation consulting within the banking or financial services industry Deep familiarity with banking lending workflows and regulatory frameworks, including HMDA and CRA Experience with loan origination systems such as nCino, Encompass, Sageworks, or Baker Hill PMP certification and American Bankers Association certificates are strongly preferred Proven track record of leading complex projects from discovery through go-live
