Key Responsibilities
Own and govern enterprise DMS/LSW standards, ensuring clarity and ease of use across global teams Maintain the System Health Scorecard and track enterprise-wide PDCA cycles and performance signals Coach leaders on meeting facilitation and continuous improvement behaviors
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Lean Transformation Proven track record of leading enterprise-level Lean transformations with measurable results Deep expertise in Lean tools and systems, including value stream mapping and visual management Strong auditing, governance, and standard writing skills Experience integrating technology into Continuous Improvement systems
