Key Responsibilities
Define and drive content strategy across product experiences, including conversational interactions Craft clear, purposeful product content across interfaces and natural language experiences Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive, intuitive user experiences
Required Qualifications
Experience in UX writing, content design, or content strategy for digital products Ability to design for interface-based and conversational experiences Proven skill in designing conversational flows and understanding user needs Strong foundation in building scalable voice and tone systems Comfort navigating complex environments and advocating for content decisions
