Key Responsibilities
Define and drive the end-to-end content strategy for the agentic experience, ensuring scalability with product complexity Establish standards and governance for conversational UX and instructional scaffolding across workflows and industries Architect content systems that enable AI agents to deliver coherent and trustworthy user experiences
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience in content strategy, UX writing, or related disciplines in complex digital product environments Proven experience leading content strategy for large-scale, multi-surface product ecosystems Deep expertise in conversational UX and content design for AI-driven experiences Strong understanding of language, interaction logic, and product behavior Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
