Director of Strategic Accounts WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING As a Director of Strategic Accounts, you will develop and execute account management and sales processes that result in the sale of Rinchem Solutions and the development of relationships with target customers. The Director will formulate and execute strategies to expand current relationships and selling opportunities in the existing customer base and create new relationships. The Director will need to develop and foster new relationships at all levels to understand the target customer’s issues that they are trying to fix, solve or avoid and offer the appropriate solution. The Director will need to develop strong, and fluid working relationships with Rinchem and operations team as the Director may, at times, be relied upon for retention efforts and existing account growth opportunities.

SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Accountability for driving increased revenue with strategic accounts
Penetrate assigned accounts to include new business, renewal, cross‑sell and upsell: build and close a strong pipeline of opportunities
Build long‑term, strategic plans in collaboration with internal business partners to maximize customer’s success while also maximizing revenue for Rinchem; understand SLT level initiatives and strategic clients
Drive value for Rinchem and customers through meetings and quarterly business reviews
Forecast a pipeline accurately, including expected close date, projected deal size, and projected profitability
Facilitate communication about strategic accounts to all relevant stakeholders and LOB leadership
Partner and collaborate with multiple business functions and LOB leadership to create seamless execution of contract expansion
Develop consistent channels for timely and productive communication with internal and external customers and work collaboratively with internal stakeholder to ensure continuity is messaging and service
Mentor next generation Business Development Team members
QUALIFICATIONS Experience and Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or other related field
A minimum of 7 years’ experience in Supply Chain and Logistics; experience in chemical management is a plus
Deep understanding of assigned accounts and its key stakeholders, with an established track record of success in maintaining and growing accounts including initiation of GRI
Communication Skills:
Proven track record of developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills; ability to communicate accurately and concisely
Computer Skills:
Microsoft Suite
Other Skills and Abilities:
Strong sales experience leading and managing strategic accounts
Visionary and solution minding with leadership attributes to gain trust and respect internally and externally
Demonstrate critical thinking, decision‑making and problem‑solving techniques while exercising sound judgement
Ability to create win‑win solutions for the organization and our customers
Proven experience in collaborating with internal customers when navigating sales contracts and customer issues
Travel up to 20% of the time
