
Revenue Lead - North America - Enterprise San Francisco

About the role
We’re seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales leader to own our enterprise GTM strategy and execution. You’ll lead all aspects of the enterprise sales motion — from driving revenue growth and building a high‑performing team, to representing ElevenLabs with customers and partners at the highest levels.
This is a rare opportunity to join at a pivotal stage: you’ll have the mandate to accelerate our enterprise market presence, scale processes, and build the team that will take us to the next level.
In this role, you will:
Own the enterprise sales function: strategy, pipeline, forecast, process, and execution
Define enterprise ICP, sales methodology, and scalable GTM motion
Build, lead, and inspire a high‑performing enterprise sales team
Drive new business acquisition and expansion in strategic verticals
Act as an executive presence with customers, including leading briefings, events, and high‑stakes negotiations
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align GTM with customer feedback and market insights
Bring deep understanding of the competitive AI landscape to inform positioning and strategy
Set the standard for sales culture, integrity, and customer‑first execution across the organization
Requirements:
Based in San Francisco
Proven experience leading enterprise sales in a high‑growth, product‑led tech company (AI/ML experience strongly preferred)
Track record of building and scaling sales teams from the ground up
Demonstrated success in closing seven‑figure enterprise deals and managing complex sales cycles
Ability to operate both strategically and tactically — shaping vision while actively engaging in the sales process
Strong executive presence and ability to represent the company at C‑suite and board levels
Collaborative, humble, and highly driven to deliver impact
Passion for the transformative potential of Audio AI
While we operate as a remote‑first company, there is a strong preference for this role to be based in San Francisco, where we have office spaces to support more in‑person collaboration.
