10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with 5+ years in leadership roles Experience in designing strategic staffing programs in high-growth environments Proficient in AI and modern TA technologies Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior leaders and hiring managers
