Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to ensure a qualified and diverse talent pipeline Lead and support managers in improving operations for optimal performance levels Provide strategic direction and expertise on talent acquisition trends and benchmarks to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Human Resources or related field 8+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment 2+ years of management experience leading teams or projects Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations Experience with recruitment technology and collaborative work with leaders at various levels
