A company is looking for a Director, Partner Engagement and Experience.
Key Responsibilities
Own and refine the Partner Experience & Engagement Lifecycle strategy, including digital portals and onboarding flows Lead the global strategy and execution of the Partner Portal/PRM for a modern, AI-enabled partner experience Manage global partner listening programs and measure success using NPS and other metrics
Required Qualifications
BA/BS degree required; advanced degree preferred 15+ years of channel experience, with 10+ years managing cross-functional programs Deep expertise in partner business models and global channel operations Experience designing and optimizing PRM platforms and digital workflows Proven ability to implement AI capabilities that enhance partner experiences
