A company is looking for a Participant Recruitment Specialist (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Initiate phone contact with potential study participants from various lead sources Conduct phone-based pre-screening interviews to determine eligibility for clinical studies Schedule onsite screening visits and maintain compliance with patient enrollment processes
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; professional medical certification or higher preferred At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience required Previous experience as a medical assistant, nurse, or EMT preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Prior experience in clinical research or healthcare preferred but not required
