A company is looking for a Residential Credit Associate to support the underwriting and management of residential credit investments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage residential credit transactions from approval through closing Support diligence and collateral validation for residential loan acquisitions Assist in evaluating residential credit opportunities and monitor portfolio performance
Required Qualifications
Experience in real estate credit, private credit, structured finance, or mortgage finance Familiarity with loan-level collateral or mortgage-backed securities Background in a lender, credit fund, diligence firm, or investment platform Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools Experience with loan documentation and collateral review
