Key Responsibilities
Conduct employer outreach to build partnerships and increase career opportunities for students Develop recruiting strategies for employers while ensuring representation of various academic programs Coordinate employer programming and represent the team at events
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in employer relations, career services, recruitment, or related fields Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn new technologies Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings as needed
