A company is looking for a Director Privacy to lead privacy initiatives within the Legal Department.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with various teams to integrate privacy into digital products and marketing technologies Provide guidance on digital advertising and tracking technologies in healthcare settings Support the development of the enterprise privacy program and report on its performance to senior leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of experience in privacy, data governance, or regulatory compliance in healthcare or regulated industries Preferred Juris Doctor (J.D.) or CIPP/US certification Understanding of digital advertising ecosystems and associated privacy risks Experience in assessing privacy risks related to digital marketing and emerging technologies Strong knowledge of privacy frameworks and regulations, including HIPAA and U.S. consumer privacy laws
