A company is looking for a Director of Privacy.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Product, Marketing, Data & AI, and Engineering teams to integrate privacy into digital products and customer experiences Provide guidance on digital advertising and tracking technologies in healthcare settings Support the development of the enterprise privacy program, including risk assessments and privacy-by-design initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of experience in privacy, data governance, or regulatory compliance in healthcare or regulated industries Preferred Juris Doctor (J.D.) or CIPP/US certification Deep understanding of digital advertising ecosystems and associated privacy risks Experience in assessing privacy risks related to digital marketing technologies and emerging technologies Strong knowledge of major privacy frameworks and regulations, including HIPAA and U.S. consumer privacy laws
