
Bilingual Service Desk Analyst

A company is looking for a Bilingual (French/English) Service Desk Analyst to provide technical support and customer service to users.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 1 technical support to English and French speaking users via phone, email, or chat Diagnose technical issues, troubleshoot hardware and software, and escalate unresolved issues as necessary Document and categorize all support tickets, ensuring proper closure and adherence to processes
Required Qualifications
Minimum 6-12 months of experience in a Service Desk or technical support role Minimum 6-12 months of customer service experience in a professional setting High School Diploma or GED Bilingual in English and French (both written and oral) Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
