Bilingual HR Specialist

A company is looking for a Human Resources Specialist who is bilingual and will support end-to-end human resources operations.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a liaison to facilitate communication between product divisions and local operations Manage full cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding Provide guidance to expatriates on visa applications and maintain accurate HR records
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field MUST be bilingual with proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) Solid understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
