Event Content Manager

A company is looking for an Event Content Manager to oversee sponsor communications and content execution for large-scale industry events on a 9-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end sponsor communications across multiple concurrent event programs Serve as the primary liaison between sponsors and internal teams to ensure alignment on content requirements Oversee high-volume communication workflows using customer service platforms while maintaining rapid response times
Required Qualifications:
3-4+ years of experience in event content management or sponsor/vendor coordination Experience supporting large-scale or enterprise-level events Proficiency with Airtable for workflow management and data organization Working knowledge of HTML for email development and customization Experience using customer service platforms to manage ticketing systems and communications
