Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract MDs and NPs Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage qualified candidates Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 3-5 years of provider recruitment experience, preferably in the podiatric industry Proven track record in sourcing and hiring healthcare professionals Experience in high growth fast-paced organizations Proficient in recruitment software and application tracking systems
