Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop a team of test automation engineers, setting goals and providing feedback Own and drive the test automation roadmap, leading the design of automation frameworks Manage relationships with external test automation partners and ensure quality outcomes
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in software quality engineering focused on test automation for SaaS applications 2+ years in a leadership role with experience in developing engineers Senior-level expertise in Java and/or JavaScript with experience in API and UI automation Proven track record in delivering on a test automation roadmap Experience managing external vendor relationships and evaluating technical deliverables
