Seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager or Asset Manager with affordable housing experience to oversee operational performance across a growing portfolio in the Kansas City region. This individual will serve as the primary liaison between ownership and the third-party property management company, ensuring strong operational execution, financial performance, and compliance across multiple communities. A key near-term priority will be overseeing property management operations during multiple rehabilitation projects involving resident relocation and repositioning. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with company principals, helping shape operational strategy as the company grows. Over time, the position may play a role in helping build and potentially lead an internal property management platform.
