The Finance Assistant's primary responsibility is to support our Finance staff (new & used) in correctly packaging, funding, and dispersing deals to meet all Federal and State regulations.
Work directly with Finance Managers and accounting office to ensure prompt and ethical processing of all deals
Meticulously review all deals for errors, imperfections, or miscalculations to ensure that they are processed accurately and timely
Daily process deals and report development to management
Fax, email, and mail documents as needed for funding and record retention
Help with ensuring all customer contracts in transition (CIT list) is funded within 10 days max
Maintain impeccable reputation with lenders as you work with them and the Finance Manager to fund deals
Adhere to all local and national regulations
Prior compliance, banking, or lending experience preferred
Must understand lending and regulatory guidelines
Works with service department to ensure after-market products are properly processed and delivered
Deal with local and national bankers
Understand tag and title laws; DMV
Have a niche for detail and advanced organizational skills
Must be eighteen years of age
High school diploma
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test)
