Associate – Investment Grade Sales

Supports the distribution and execution of Investment Grade credit products to a broad institutional client base, including asset managers, insurance companies, and financial institutions. Contributes to client coverage, market execution, and business development efforts in alignment with the firm’s strategic objectives.

Support the Institutional Credit Sales team across key offices, including New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Boston.

Partner with sales professionals to manage day‑to‑day client activity and deliver timely market color and execution support.

Enhance processes related to the dissemination of desk axes, leveraging available technology to improve efficiency and client reach.

Monitor market trends, credit developments, and macroeconomic factors to provide relevant and timely insights to clients.

Contribute to the development and strengthening of client relationships, supporting broader franchise growth initiatives.

Collaborate with Research to generate actionable trade ideas and relative value opportunities.

Coordinate with Syndicate on primary market transactions, including new issue execution and distribution.

Work closely with Debt Capital Markets to support liability management exercises, including debt tenders and exchanges.

We anticipate this role will quickly evolve into independent account/client coverage.

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of relevant experience in financial services or capital markets.

Highly motivated, proactive, and results‑driven professional with a strong work ethic.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with familiarity and practical understanding of AI‑driven tools and applications.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.

Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills, with the ability to effectively engage diverse audiences.

Working Conditions Frequent minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing, and walking is required. Occasional moving and lifting light equipment or furniture may be required. Physical capability to lift up to fifty pounds is necessary.

Base Pay Range Minimum: $175,000.00 USD

Maximum: $225,000.00 USD
