Manage and maintain customer records using NetSuite ERP system.
Generate accurate quotes and process orders efficiently.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain clear and effective communication with customers regarding order status, product information, and company policies.
Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook to organize data and manage communications.
Demonstrate strong computer skills to navigate multiple software platforms and tools.
